how Bella Organic Skin, Inc. d/b/a Baudie (“Baudie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

Baudie does not store full
payment card numbers. When you make a purchase, payment information is
processed by third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments or other
processors used by our e-commerce platform). Those processors handle and store
the sensitive payment card data in accordance with their own privacy policies
and applicable security standards.
Sensitive Personal
Information
Under certain U.S. state
privacy laws, some personal information (such as payment information or precise
geolocation) may be considered “sensitive personal information.” We only use
and disclose sensitive personal information as necessary to provide the products
and services you request, to prevent fraud and security incidents, and as
otherwise permitted by applicable law. We do not use or disclose sensitive

The Site is not directed to

Shine the Light Law
Under California Civil Code
Section 1798.83 (the “Shine the Light” law), California residents may request
certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third
parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year.

based on consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory

authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will respond to verifiable
requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Some browsers include a “Do Not
Track” feature. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals. We honor
Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law as a
valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
